Our
Mission
The director and teachers work together to achieve a common goal by
providing the best “home away from home” childcare possible. From the child’s
first day here, whether as an infant, toddler, preschooler or
kindergartener, they will be respected, nurtured, encouraged, and
challenged to achieve new goals and ambitions. We will work closely with
each parent to combine their child’s needs with an active learning
environment in order to create a child that has been given the self-esteem
and confidence necessary to help them succeed socially and academically.
Our
Location
Creative Beginnings Learning Center sits on
4+ acres in a new, state-of-the-art facility. To ensure security, there is
a key pad access to enter into the building. It is conveniently located
within a mile of I-91 and less than a mile from Rt. 68 on the corner of
Research Parkway and Technology Drive. We provide year-round, quality care
for children ages 6 weeks through 10 years old. Our hours are 7:00 am to
5:30 pm Monday through Friday. We accept both full and part-time
enrollment.

Our Philosophy
We believe that a childcare center’s success is directly relevant to the
quality of teachers it employs. The majority of our teachers have an
average of 10 years’ experience in the childcare field. All new employees
complete extensive training including classes in CPR and First Aid. Our
teachers attend a variety of workshops throughout the year. This provides a
balance of knowledgeable professionals, with kind, nurturing teachers who
genuinely love their career and the children in their care.
Our Program
We are confident that our program will offer your child the perfect balance
of academics with imaginative adventures. Our teachers plan developmentally
appropriate activities around weekly thematic units that are relevant to a
young child’s interests and natural curiosities. Our lesson plans are
enhanced with visitors and field trips. We encourage children to explore
their environment and make discoveries about the world around them.
Teachers facilitate this learning by helping their students find answers to
the many questions that these explorations create. Children learn through daily
experiences; and while we do follow a weekly theme, a spontaneous lesson is
never discouraged because life offers many “teachable moments”.
